By default, all servers are unmanaged: you get full root/administrator access and
you are responsible for software, configs and applications.
If you tick the Managed Server Service (+35/month) box, we will:
• Apply OS security updates and basic hardening
• Help install and update common control panels (cPanel, Plesk, etc. – license not included)
• Monitor basic availability and perform reboots when needed
• Assist with typical web hosting stacks (web server, PHP, database) on a best-effort basis
Managed service does not include:
• Writing, debugging or deploying your custom application code
• Deep performance tuning for custom apps
• Guaranteed backup management (this can be added separately)
• Managing third-party licences or services outside the OS/control panel scope
When your order is accepted, you will receive login details for the Online Audience customer
dashboard. From there you can:
• Request OS changes or reinstalls
• Request additional IP addresses and rDNS updates
• Request VNC/IPMI/console access where available
• Ask for reboots or basic network checks
Each request creates a ticket in our admin panel so our engineers can process and confirm
the change. This keeps everything audited, secure and organised.
For USA and UK configurations listed on this page, we aim to have your server deployed and delivered within 12 hours of payment approval, often sooner. For some flexible EU configurations, especially those marked as “several working days”, final delivery can take a little longer while custom hardware is prepared.
Yes. You can choose one of the standard Linux options or Windows Server (with a valid license). Control panels such as cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin are supported – licence costs are separate. With the managed add-on, we can help with installation and basic configuration of your chosen panel.
